Children of all ages can be accommodated for 10 euros per night. There is a travel cot available. There is public parking in the building. No need to book. Price: EUR 11 per day to be paid in advance at the car park on arrival.

We welcome guests whenever possible and if not, they can collect the apartment key at the reception (24 hours). They will have as well a phone number with which they can contact me for any questions or problems that may arise or to any type of information they want about the city or surroundings. We can assist them in both Spanish and French, English or German

Very well connected: Chamartín station (200 meters) from where you can get to SOL in 15 minutes (two commuter stops) from where you can visit the historic center (Sol, Callao, Gran Vía, Chueca, Dos de Mayo, Museo del Prado, Thyssen Museum, Reina Sofía Museum…) You can also get to the airport (T4) in 20 minutes with line C1. By Metro you are at: 3 stops from the Real Madrid football stadium - Santiago Bernabéu - By taxi you are 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the Campo de las Naciones (IFEMA)
